This year we went to Wales for a week at the end of the school summer break. I have been going since I was a child, and it feels like home from home there for us all. I love to take the kids back each year, and now they have their own special relationship with this magical place hidden away from the hustle and bustle of city life, tucked away in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Whenever I arrive from London, I am always amazed by the lush greenness everywhere and the calm, easy going pace of the farm has an immediate effect on me.
