Spring portrait photography sessions on location in London

Spring has arrived here in London, and I’m gearing up for more family portrait sessions like this one from 2019.

This session took place in one of my favourite locations in Hampstead, North London.

If you would like to book a short portrait session here this April and May then get in touch…the flowers all look gorgeous here at this time of year. In May there is honeysuckle, foxgloves and an abundance of cows parsley in this private cottage garden location, which all bring an abundance of beauty to an already stunning woodland backdrop.

For those of you who live south of the river, like I do, then I can recommend a lovely wood that I know very well, and that also has a little meadow of cows parsley in early May.

Some of my clients choose to wear a favourite dress for their session as the beautiful Natalie has done here, but I always leave what you wear up to you so that you feel comfortable. You might want to bring a picnic blanket and some snacks with you so that you can sit on the ground and the children get a snack break so that they are contented.

You’ll get a range of portraits as you can see in the selection below…it’s amazing how much can be fitted into an hours session.

If you would like to share your session date with a friend and their family then we can fit you both in on the same day and I can therefore offer you both a cheaper rate. Full rate prices start at £250 for the one hour session, and this includes some digital negatives too.
